This 15,000sf floor plate in an iconic IM Pei-designed Wall Street area building was renovated to house an advertising agency. We reconfigured the office to open it up and provide 360 views of Lower Manhattan while still leaving private Principal offices along the South side. The programming work with SSK led to reconfiguring the pantry and production areas to make room for open office areas that feature breakout pinup areas and informal meeting standing desks to encourage collaboration.
