Detail of resurfaced brownstone and new passive house windows on this landmarked Brooklyn brownstone. FNA's project completed construction this summer. In this project we improved the energy performance, added an ERV for fresh air ventilation, new passive house windows, doors, and skylights, continuous insulation at front and rear facade, and solar pv on the roof - for improved comfort and energy performance.

FNA worked with an NYC Cooperative on a series of three buildings. FNA improved the public areas, provided new energy-efficient entry ways, and worked with the Coop on future sustainable priorities. Underhill Garden Coop is located on an NYC Open Streets in a lively neighborhood.
FNA volunteered through Design Advocates - to work on COVID-19 safe seating for Marcus Garvey Park Amphitheater for Questlove's screening of Summer of Soul on June 19, 2021 and Classic Theater of Harlem + City Parks Foundation Summer Outdoor Series.
