We completed an interior renovation for a family in Harlem that includes passive house strategies with new high-performance windows, airtight front and rear facade details with additional insulation, new kitchen, new efficient mechanical systems, and millwork such as a new desk area and closet and storage designs. The kitchen features back-painted glass backsplash.
