This apartment faces the O'Toole-designed modernist hospital and views from the apartment recall the modernist architecture of Sao Paolo but it is the West Village! This small apartment was a gut renovation and we carefully designed aluminum millwork at the windows to maximize storage but also conform to the needs of radiator heating and air conditioner wall thru units.
